Senior product leader with 16+ years turning ambiguous ideas into shipped, adopted products. I build roadmaps that are defensible, tied to revenue or OKRs, and actually deliverable by engineering.

I manage the full product cycle — from discovery and problem framing to MVP definition, release planning, and post-launch optimization — and I’m comfortable making prioritization decisions when multiple initiatives appear critical.

I work effectively in complex, regulated, or multi-stakeholder environments because I translate across business, design, and engineering, and I keep decision-making grounded in user signal and data. My strength is product strategy and execution: set direction, define the solution shape, then lead teams and ceremonies to deliver it.

  • Roadmap & Portfolio Ownership: Build roadmaps tied to OKRs and revenue; de-risk them through discovery, feature slicing, and phased release planning.

  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead backlog grooming, story mapping, sprint planning, reviews, and retros; enforce definition of ready/done to maintain delivery quality.

  • Platform & Data Products: Led analytics, dashboards, and workflow products for finance, digital platforms, and impact-driven orgs; experienced with role-based views, data segmentation, and release controls.

  • Stakeholder & Compliance Alignment: Partnered with legal, risk, and compliance to make products release-ready and auditable (banking controls, HIPAA when applicable).

  • Customer-Backed Decisions: Integrate user research, field feedback, and product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) to validate direction and inform iteration.

  • Technical Fluency: Work closely with engineering on API payloads, data models (PostgreSQL), CI/CD considerations, and integration points (Salesforce, FHIR/interoperability, EHR-adjacent work).

Driving end-to-end product strategy, delivery, and measurable outcomes.

  • KindPath Health/Kay AI — Founder & Head of Product

    • Founded a prevention-first behavioral health product and defined the end-to-end product vision for Kay AI, an AI-assisted companion that turns AM/PM check-ins and contextual signals into actionable, evidence-based interventions (non-diagnostic, non-telehealth).
    • Led product discovery and requirements for the AM/PM daily check-in system, including scoring logic, tiered risk mode, sentiment hooks, and intervention routing — delivered as structured product specs for engineering and clinical advisors.
    • Designed the Guide by Kay™ agentic flow to make AI outputs explainable and auditable while keeping a human-in-the-loop path for elevated/crisis scenarios.
    • Defined the provider experience (alerts, monthly behavioral summaries, and EHR-adjacent delivery) so the product could fit into existing clinical/admin workflows without Kay AI becoming a telehealth provider.
    • Wrote MVP functional requirements, success metrics, and release sequencing (mobile app, peer support matching, gated features, provider-code linking) aligned to 2025–2026 pilot and revenue plans.
    • Partnered with engineering to keep the architecture HIPAA-attentive, cloud-based, and ML-ready, including plans for sentiment analysis, pattern detection, and bias-mitigation checks.
  • US Bank — Program Manager, Wealth Management LCOE

    • Own strategy and execution for an enterprise collateral/risk platform, aligning the roadmap to regulatory priorities and line-of-business objectives.
    • Lead recurring backlog reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder sessions to maintain alignment across engineering, operations, and risk, reducing late-cycle change requests.
    • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure releases meet control requirements and are fully auditable; present quarterly delivery and platform KPIs to leadership.

  • Redeem Technologies — Director of Product Management

    • Directed product strategy, planning, and execution across the business and SDLC; set product vision and coached Product Owners on prioritization and delivery.
    • Built and refined GTM motions for new markets while maintaining product and brand integrity; ensured every release had a clear value, revenue, or retention rationale.
    • Translated complex client implementation requirements into epics and stories that could be delivered within release windows.
    • Conducted competitive and market analysis to defend roadmap decisions with executives.

  • Elephant Ventures — Product Owner

    • Defined product strategy for data-intensive visualization and decision platforms; translated executive concepts into MVP scope and iterated based on adoption and usage analytics.
    • Authored epics and decomposed them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria; prioritized the backlog with explicit trade-offs between UX and business/regulatory needs.
    • Led globally distributed engineering teams through Agile ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery and early risk mitigation.
    • Applied segmentation and telemetry to improve UX and engagement; introduced predictive/ML-driven features to enhance decision quality.

Consulting: McKinsey & Co., AllianceBernstein, Emerson Collective, Crisis Now Academy

  • Lesbians Who Tech/include.io — Senior Product Owner

    • Led the evolution from beta to a scalable SaaS hiring/connect platform for underrepresented talent, coordinating engineering, design, sales, and marketing around a unified release plan.
    • Increased user adoption by 50%+ post-launch through improved onboarding, clear value propositions, and structured feedback loops.
    • Managed product operations, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communications to keep delivery tied to user feedback and commercial goals.

  • Annum Health — Senior Product Owner

    • Launched a mobile-first behavioral health treatment platform for Alcohol Use Disorder on Salesforce Health Cloud, aligning end-user workflows with technical and regulatory constraints.
    • Documented product decisions for repeatability and reporting; supported provider-like workflows and ensured they could be audited.
    • Partnered with engineering leadership to streamline testing and shorten release cycles without compromising traceability.

  • PVH, inc. — Senior Project Manager

    • Managed the engineering PMO portfolio and advanced Agile practices across product initiatives.
    • Reported on budget, delivery risk, and milestone health to executives; used delivery data to recommend sequencing and dependency changes.
    • Implemented a structured project-gating process (concept → feasibility → design → build → launch) to ensure only validated initiatives moved forward, improving cross-functional alignment and reducing rework across product, UX, and engineering.

  • Apex Systems — Product Owner/Senior Project Manager

    • Contracted through Apex Systems to deliver technology-enabled products and change work for multiple New York–based clients, including TIAA, NYSERDA, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and earlier BA/PM engagements with BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse, and BlackRock
    • TIAA: delivered a Digital Portfolio Project Scorecard System to improve visibility into project health across lines of business; authored BRDs, business cases, and project plans to support approvals in a regulated environment.
    • NYSERDA: managed $10M+ in state-funded program portfolios, improving intake and assessment through web-based tools, dashboards, and process automation to increase transparency.
    • For global banks: elicited and documented business and functional requirements; aligned them with enterprise standards; translated them into development-ready specifications in SOX/Dodd-Frank environments; maintained requirements traceability through UAT and release.
    • Coordinated with technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders to clarify scope early, reduce change requests, and ensure auditability.

Redeem Technologies

Reduced time-to-market by ~35% for a Web3 identity platform by introducing structured story mapping, PI planning, and a rigorously groomed backlog, enabling predictable delivery and clearer executive forecasting.

McKinsey, Inc. — Center for Societal Benefit

Vulnerable Populations Dashboard: Led product definition for a role-based analytics view that surfaced behavioral/risk or access disparities by population segment; aligned data model, permissions, and visualization patterns so operations, clinical, and leadership users could all consume the same source of truth.
