About

Melody Mejeh is a senior product leader, founder, and builder who moves ideas from “we should fix this” to “it’s in users’ hands.” She is the Founder & CEO of KindPath Health (Kay AI), a prevention-first behavioral health platform that uses daily check-ins, decision/orchestration (GUIDE), and provider-aligned reporting to surface early signs of distress and connect people to human support — without becoming a telehealth service.

For more than a decade, Melody has shipped products across financial services, digital health, and data-heavy platforms, leading product at places like U.S. Bank (collateral/identity & risk) and Deem while consulting on large-scale analytics and visualization work for McKinsey & Co. Her superpower is sitting in the middle — between engineering, operations, clinical/behavioral experts, and the business — and turning complex, regulated requirements into products that still feel humane.

Melody’s work is shaped by her own lived experience as a neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD) and bipolar leader and as a mom to an exceptional autistic son. That perspective shows up in how she designs: trauma-aware, low-friction, time-poverty conscious, and built for people who are doing their best in fractured systems.

She speaks and writes about:

  • building prevention-first mental health products,
  • designing for vulnerable and underserved populations,
  • making AI explainable and human-in-the-loop, and
  • leading product as a Black, neurodivergent woman founder.

When she’s not shipping, she’s amplifying stories — through her podcast and through the lens, telling the truth about care, burnout, and building something kinder.
